What can I get for 5 hours? 

Our team works fast. In five hours we can do a lot – from tweaking your logo or laying out a one sheet to writing a blog article and more. Reach out and let’s talk specifics. 

Are blocks transferrable? 

No. You cannot share your blocks with another person, company, department or location.  

How do you track time? 

In 15 minute increments with descriptions and job numbers using industry standard software.

What can I use hours for? 

You may use your hours on almost any service Heidi Designs offers. Expenses or other out of pocket costs (if any) are billed separately at Agency NET.

Other things like custom programming or advanced analytics are excluded because they cost us more than our humble rates. 

Do you work on a project basis if I don’t want to buy a block of time?

How do I know how many hours to buy? 

Submit the form above and we’ll reach out to better understand what you are looking for. Then, we’ll put together an estimate of time required that includes any potential expenses. We will help you select the right sized block of hours to get the best pricing for your application. 

Do you work on retainer? 

Yes. We can provide services for a fee for those clients that have regular design and production needs. However, many clients find that purchasing blocks of time is advantageous over retainers because the hours roll over each month. Contact us to find the best approach for you.
